BLISSMON Limited Warranty Statement
(2-Year Protection Plan)
1. Warranty Coverage
BLISSMON guarantees that its home beauty and personal care devices, purchased through official channels or authorized dealers, will be free of defects in materials or craftsmanship under normal usage.
- 1-Year Standard Coverage: Effective from the original purchase date.
- +1 Year Extended Coverage: Activated upon product registration at BLISSMON’s official website.
2. Eligible Parties
This warranty exclusively covers:
- ✓ The original purchaser who acquired the device directly from BLISSMON or authorized sellers.
- ✗ Does not transfer to subsequent owners.
- ✗ Devices purchased via unauthorized resellers (including non-authorized online platforms) are ineligible.
3. Extended Warranty Activation
Register your device on BLISSMON’s official website to automatically extend your warranty by one additional year. This extension applies regardless of your purchase channel.
4. Non-Covered Circumstances
The warranty excludes damages resulting from:
- Accidents, misuse, neglect, exposure to extreme temperatures/liquids, or unauthorized modifications
- Repairs performed by non-authorized service providers
- Natural wear of consumable components (e.g., batteries, cosmetic coatings), except where failure stems from manufacturing defects
5. Remedy Options
During the warranty period, BLISSMON will, at its discretion and upon claim validation:
- ◉ Repair the device using new or refurbished parts at no cost, or
- ◉ Replace the device with a new or refurbished unit.
6. Claim Procedure
To request warranty service, please follow these steps:

- ✓ Detailed defect description
- ✓ Photos/videos demonstrating the issue
- ✓ Proof of purchase (receipt/invoice)
- If approved, you’ll receive a prepaid return label
- Ship the device in its original packaging
7. Liability Restrictions
BLISSMON shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages (including loss of profits, data, or use) arising from product operation, even if advised of such potential damages.
